A.I.M for Work assists individuals with a physical disability or chronic illness find work in the geographic area served by the Selkirk and Steinbach Service Canada and Interlake Employment Centres. View a list of communities served. For the purposes of this program a physical disability or chronic illness is defined as A persistent functional limitation or restrictions in performing daily living activities. A physical disability can be congenital, acquired, or result of a work related or motor vehicle accident. Click here to view some examples.
